All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer standard shipping within the UK. Delivery times are estimated at 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within UK. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
